This past year has been somewhat similar to a hike in the mountains, an undulating landscape full of ascents and descents, twists and turns through different terrains. Sadly due to worldwide delays hitting vinyl manufacturing as a result of Covid-19, the release date of our album ‘All One Breath’ has been postponed until the 11th March. You will likely hear from the store you have pre-ordered from and likewise, if ordered directly from our site, albums will be dispatched for the new release date. The wait will be well worth it, we promise you that! Exciting times are ahead, with new releases, new news and our UK tour drawing ever closer. New Music/Film
The beautiful, mystical, folklore enshrouded video for our new track ‘Patience’ will be with you soon, weaving dimensions of time and perception into a beautiful 16mm short film in collaboration with the brilliant Benjamin Wigley. We shot this conceptual piece over the transitioning of the summer solstice at some very sacred locations in north Wales. Stay alert.

New Material This Month!
Our album ‘All One Breath’ is out in 3 weeks on the 28th of January on numerous formats, there will also be some bundle options to get your hands on, including the exclusive dinked version, of which only 400 are available. The creation of this album was such a precious journey, forged during of the first lockdown. It conjures distant landscapes, internal monologues, the interpretation of dreams and musings. A big thank you to Guy Garvey for playing Harvest on BBC 6 music and coining it his most played song of 2021. We always appreciate the steadfast support of all of you who stand beside and behind us as we voyage forwards with our creations. It has been a difficult time for musicians and artists, but to feel your love and energy always resonates deeply with us. Our second album ‘All One Breath’ is coming out on January 28th and we welcome the newfound journeys this will take us on with you all. Harvest is a song about belief, feeling and trust - “you must feel to believe” and this is something we really wish to take forwards into the next year. And it has that quality that is so Samana. It unfolds at a leisurely, narcotic pace, acoustic chords a subtle earthing for Rebecca’s deep dulcet lyric and lazy, psychedelic guitar touches. It’s the sound of a hot July day with crickets humming, some hitherto unvisited medieval church in the distance; the smell of ozone and gunmetal clouds gathering in the distance, threatening to break the lazy heat.
For me they create a music almost entirely of themselves; the only artists working nearby I can think of is the pre-Mazzy Star outfit of David Roback and Kendra Smith, Opal. And Samana seem to push beyond that into a different, more organic mystery.

We’re very excited and proud to announce that our new album ‘All One Breath’ will be released on March 11th next year! + is to be available as a special Dinked edition vinyl. Today we have also launched a new single ‘The Beach’ and announced headline tour dates for March.
